You choose where, when and how you run or walk. Pick safe routes, watch traffic, dress for the weather, and talk to a doctor if you're unsure about exercise. commit/10 and its sponsors aren't responsible for injuries or damage.

Your handle

Sign up with your own X handle. Pages that impersonate someone get removed, and the real owner can claim the handle by emailing us.

Honest kilometers

Log what you did. Running with walking breaks and treadmills count; bikes and swims don't. We may hide entries that are clearly not real.

Sponsors and prizes

Sponsor awards are picked by the organizer. Prizes are what the sponsor offers and may have their own terms.
